This website operates strictly as an online catalog for Business-to-Business (B2B) international trade inquiries.
We do not offer retail sales, consumer credit, or automated checkout services. All commercial transactions are finalized through formal Proforma Invoices and corporate bank-to-bank transfers.

2. Product Representation and Pricing
The products listed are certified pre-owned, refurbished, or used medical devices, unless explicitly stated as new.
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are for general identification purposes. Minor aesthetic wear that does not affect machine functionality may be present.
Prices listed (if any) are indicative and quoted in US Dollars (USD). Final binding prices will be issued exclusively via our official written commercial quotations.

3. Commercial Invoices & Payment Terms
A binding contract is only formed when a formal Proforma Invoice is issued by Jama Equipment and accepted by the buyer.
All international payments must be made via Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) / Wire Transfer to our designated corporate bank account in Indonesia. We do not accept personal checks or unverified online payment processors for international machinery freight.

4. Export and Import Regulatory Compliance
Seller’s Responsibility: Jama Equipment is responsible for complying with Indonesian export regulations, customs clearance at the port of origin, and providing standard shipping documentation.
Buyer’s Responsibility: The buyer is solely responsible for verifying that the medical equipment complies with the healthcare regulations, import laws, licensing, and certification requirements (e.g., FDA, CE, local Ministry of Health registration) of the destination country.

5. Limitation of Liability
Jama Equipment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of hospital/clinic revenue, data, or operational downtime) arising from the use, delay, or customs detention of the medical equipment.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Palembang, South Sumatra, Indonesia.
