WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
Unexpected issue with your order? Received the wrong item or a defective product?
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — that’s why Jama Medical  Healthcare Equipment offers a smooth and reliable return process.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by emailing darma@jamaequipment.com before returning any product. Once your RMA has been issued, follow the return instructions provided. Keep a copy of the RMA confirmation for your records until your return is fully processed — this serves as proof of authorization.
(a) Returns will only be accepted if reported within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, whether due to shipping errors, product defects, or exchange requests.
If your RMA request is submitted after this period, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for return.
(b) Attach a copy of the RMA to the outside of your return package and ship prepaid to our warehouse. Retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for your protection.
(c) Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags intact. Please ensure products are securely packed to avoid damage during return transit.
(d) Jamaequipment.com  is not responsible for delays or losses involving returns without a valid RMA or items not following our return procedure.
Please note that shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable.
NOTIFICATION:
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us within 3 business days to initiate a shipping claim.
We cannot process damage claims for packages that were accepted upon delivery.
If you receive a defective product, notify us within 3 business days and we will coordinate repair, replacement, or return authorization directly with you or the manufacturer.
INSURANCE:
Items damaged in transit are covered by standard carrier insurance (typically up to USD $100 with FedEx or equivalent).
We strongly encourage customers to purchase additional insurance for high-value shipments. Simply request insurance coverage during your order confirmation — charges will be added accordingly.
Do not accept visibly damaged packages from the carrier. Doing so may void your insurance claim. Returning an item directly to us without carrier authorization may also void your insurance coverage.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Shipping arrangements are available via email or phone at the time of order.
We primarily use air express services (such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS) for fast, secure, and cost-efficient delivery.
Shipping costs are determined by the selected shipping method, package weight, and destination. Our logistics team will calculate and confirm your shipping and handling fees before dispatch.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP OUT?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
If your order requires additional processing time, our customer service team will notify you promptly.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be shipped on the next available business day.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery times depend on your selected shipping method:

Standard Air Express: 4–14 business days from dispatch 
- 
Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days 
 Delivery estimates will be confirmed during checkout or via email upon request.
HOW DO I GET TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking details and courier information.
For multiple-package orders, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
WHAT IF MY ORDER REQUIRES MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS?
If your order must be fulfilled in multiple shipments, we will notify you and provide separate tracking numbers for each.
Whenever possible, all packages are dispatched together for your convenience.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Yes. We offer various express delivery options through FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
Select your preferred delivery method at checkout or discuss your timeline requirements with our sales team.
DO YOU OFFER OTHER SHIPPING METHODS?
While air express is our preferred option due to speed and safety, we can also arrange sea freight or specialized transport upon request.
